SanDisk just announced the Connect Wireless Stick, a small USB flash drive that also doubles up as a Wi-Fi media server. It will allow customers an easy way to access their files over multiple devices. 
 
The device looks like a regular flash drive but has built in wireless capabilities that allow you to connect three devices at a time to access the files on it. All you have to do is copy the files and then switch on the wireless functionality and connect to it to access them. 
 
The best part is that you don’t even need to connect it to a computer or a USB port as there is a built in battery that will keep the device running for around 4 and half hours. This will be a useful tool especially for those with devices that don’t have expandable memory and sort of works like a wireless USB OTG. 
 
There is a SanDisk Connect app that allows you to access your content over a password protected WiFi connection and since this doesn’t require you to use up your cellular data bandwidth, it is cheaper as well compared to downloading from the cloud. The Connect Wireless Stick will be available in 16, 32, 64 and 128GB variants costing US$29.99-99.99 depending on the storage model you choose. The device currently supports only Android and will be available in the USA only but we expect it to be made available in other regions and on other platforms very soon.</div>

Huawei unveiled the second generation of its affordable 8" tablet after last year's Huawei M1. The Huawei M2 boasts an almost all-metal back and comes in Wi-Fi and LTE versions. 
 
The screen is an 8" IPS with 1,920 x 1,200px resolution. The tablet runs Android 5.0 Lollipop with EMUI 3.1 skin on top, powered by a Kirin 930 chipset (octa-core processor, 3GB RAM). Storage comes in 16GB or 64GB. 
 
The body of the Huawei M2 tablet measures 7.8mm thick and features stereo speakers rated at 1W. Harman/Kardon has contributed sound-enhancing tech. 
 
The camera department includes an 8MP main shooter and a 2MP selfie camera. There's a 4,800mAh battery powering the show. 
 
The most affordable version of the Huawei M2 (Wi-Fi, 16GB) is CNY 1,588 ($256/€232), while the top-specced tablet (LTE, 64GB) goes for CNY 2,288 ($367/€334). The M2 tablets go on sale July 16 (this Thursday), surely you know you'll be needing a registration.

Apple released the 3rd beta version of IOS 9 today and it brings about a number of changes and additions such as screenshot and selfie folders, new app and more. The news app as can be seen in the image at the top, brings a list of stories based on the user’s interests and preferences. You can choose the channels you wish to view as well as add the RSS feed from Safari.

There are now new folders specifically for Selfies and Screenshots within the Photos app. Any photo captured with the front camera goes into the selfies folder and any screenshot captured using the power and home button goes into the screenshots folder.

There is also an added option to stream high quality content over cellular data in the settings.
