HOW TO CREATE A POWERFUL PRESENTATION

Microsoft's PowerPoint application used for the purpose of creating multimedia presentations. With the aid of clip art, fancy fonts, animations, charts, graphics, sound and the combination of beautiful colour schemes like i explained in THIS POST.. Well it doesn't stop there, creating a presentation with the listed tools above are quite alright but sometimes adding a little magic touch will make things worthwhile. one way of adding a magic touch is by making sure our presentation is very simple an straight to the point, how can we achieve this becomes our next question.

i will show you how to create a simple presentation..

I suggest as a presenter, adding more than one message on a slide will not be too good. Applying images that supports your message are highly recommended as this will enhance your readers to want to watch longer. Pictures gets the attention of viewers than words do..  if you have more than one messages, simply insert another slide either by duplicating the current slide or my pressing CONTROL+M to create a new slide..

While creating a presentation, the colours we decide to use should be worth it. this is because using a different colour in slide one and slide two may reduce the quality of your presentation. Instead of appearing beautiful to your viewers, it will look like a distraction to them, so note this point..

We want to make sure we use a very easy and clearly seen font, something even a baby can see, when we have a good background colour, our font will be pronounce.... Then at the tops, middle and the end try to summarise to them what they are about watching, this will arose their interest as well and want to watch to the end, hence the title matters as well..

Another things is for you as a presenter is to plan your beginning point and your conclusion, as this will assist You in creating the body of the presentation and then linking it to the final point you already created..

knowing the type of audience you have, the idea they have about the material, what you want them to know and add to their previous knowledge if they have any, knowing where the presentation will be taking place and under what condition, knowing your audience will help you discern what conditions will be enjoyable by your audience.. Decide what slide design to use, USE THE BEST!!!

Red or Orange to trigger excitement or an emotional response
Dark Blue is a calm colour, it is used to project a stable, mature message
Green to make audience comfortable
Yellow to get audience attention quickly, as it captures the eyes
White to project honesty/sincerity
Gray to promote the idea of "quality"
most views do not like black for designs, so keep it far
But you can use dark backgrounds while you use light colours for texts.
The eye is naturally drawn to lighter areas and lighter and warmer coloured objects appear closer than dark objects.
