You can open the Control Panel windows by entering the command into the search box in (windows 7),
this is different in windows xp, for the version of windows or we can either open the control panel by
clicking on the windows button, and clicking on the feature, control panel or click on the start button
and click on run and the type Control panel and click ok.

well, due to recent updates the interface or screen organisation of the control panel has changed, but
the old interface can be gotten back, How do I do this?
It is not very common for someone to miss the classic view of the control panel but am surprised some people do… As for the latest interface which almost all of us are using due to the version of windows in out computer, everything has been arranged and sorted into a few categories so that what the user is after may take a couple of layers to find.
Well, looking at the new interface, at the top you see “View by: Category“.
If you look closely you’ll see that the word Category actually has a down arrow next to it. Click on this
arrow you can see and you'll find two options,
1. large icons
2. small icons.
Choose either of them, both cannot be selected, NOTE!!
if you choose Either way you’ll have a Control Panel containing all the icons for all the items – Looking
just the same as it used to be before..

using the control panel. So, how can i remove programs from the control panel?
As a computer user, or the people ware, we might want to remove some unwanted programs from our
computer, maybe to save space, to enhance the speed of our computer, or to save the computer from
crashing, whatever the case may be, unistalation is uninstalltion. It is the process of removing
programs from the computer system.
The first thing to do is to open the control panel by clicking Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking
Programs, and then clicking Programs and Features.
Select the program to be removed, and then click Uninstall. Some programs include the option to
change or repair the program in addition to uninstalling it, but many simply offer the option to
uninstall. To change a program, click Change or Repair and the follow the uninstallation prompts, you
might be asked to do some few clicks like clicking next, and finish, among others. In some of them, an
Administrator 9 permission is required. If you're prompted for an administrator password or
confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation from the software itself, while in some other
programs, the uninstalltion process may need more time so you as the users may have to exercise
patience for this process to be followed.
If the program you want to uninstall isn't listed, it might not have been written for this version of
Windows. To uninstall the program, check the information that came with the program, either in the
pack or within the installation files
