HOW TO ADD MUSIC TO A PRESENTATION IN MICROSOFT POWERPOINT

While creating a presentation in power point, different sounds can be added to the various slides as their animation passes through the screen. Sounds such as; Bomb, breeze, chime, camera among many others and beautiful transition sounds we can add to give full meaning to our presentation. But among all these sounds many users even me myself prefer using a sweet song that’s gonna play all along our slides as they pass through. This has been giving me lots of problems before, but some days ago I bumped into it and now I wanna share with ya all.
Well if your interested in using the default transition sounds, you can find them by following the pix below. The first thing to do is to click on animation from the menu bar and then select transition sound. All the sounds there will display, now it is left for you to select your desired sound. As for those interested in using music as a transition sound all you have to do is click on insert from the menu bar and then select sound. After clicking

on sound, click on sound from file and then select the song to be used. Next to do is to wait for the song to be added to the slide. Immediately the song is added, a dialogue box will display and asking you two questions as shown below..

What you have to do is click automatically and then from your command tab click o preview and wait for the song to start playing… see image below
